For determination of the appointed terms of service (resources) of radio electronic facilities of designed ZRC it is necessary to take into account self-reactance reliability of their submachines and systems which are served on the state during the leadthrough of periodic technical services. For this purpose in the article mathematical models are grounded for the calculation of indexes of remaining resource of the functional systems of radio electronic facilities of ZRC on the parameter of the technical state at the known model of its change. The developed mathematical models are generalization of the known self-reactance models of reliability at the free value of the fixed interval of exploitation, including the appointed term of service.
