Adaptive spatial image filtering

For increasing the efficiency of object and scene analysis on air photos at high level of noises, with the aim to minimize the bound motion-blur, an adapted spatial noise filtration method is proposed which is based on adaptation of linear filter mask to the image level lines with the minimal variance criterion and making use of truncated average filter.
