Basic factors which influence on passing of laser bunch are considered, reflected from a not uniform environment – sounding object, are in general case a casual radiation, dependency upon many factors: sizes, properties of surface and orientation of sounding object in relation to sending to the source and receiver of thelidar system; wave-length, temporal and spatial coherentness of laser radiation. It is rotined that for the estimation of capacity of the lidar systems it is necessary to dispose statistical information about the middle types of the proper parameters, their repetition and confidence intervals. The model of account of influence of turbulence is got on the parameters of optical wave at distribution of laser bunch in the ground layer of atmosphere which is determined the value of structural description of index of refraction of air and long route.
