The paper presents approximate mathematical assessment models of all-moving fins exciting hinge moments and forces for supersonic aircraft at transonic M number. Obtained mathematical models analysis proved that exciting moments and forces arise because interaction exception of the shock waves with fin torsion vibrations rotation rate and depend on the airfoil geometric characteristics, the vibration amplitude of the all-moving fin and the aircraft flight parameters.
