Technology of untiing of operative tasks of navigation is offered for the synthesis of laws of exploitation of water-carriage. The conducted researches with the use of method of the imitation modulating allowed to draw a conclusion about that array of navigation data which contained in a vectorial electronic card (ENC), enable to utillize Inland ECDIS for expansion of functional possibilities of existent standards ARE, the same to decrease to to the minimum negative influence of «людського factor» in extreme terms. Described approach realization of which will allow to untie the task of automation of process of navigator on exactness of withholding of course of ship on the ax of waterway due to the automated determination and account of possible rejection of ship from the set trajectory with the observance of safety of motion.The got indexes of efficiency of the offered method of automation show the considerable increase of exactness of withholding of ship on the ax of waterway at the increase of probability of the safe swimming to 97%.
