In the article possibility of account of phase fluctuations of signals removed is examined from littlepitch aims, лоцюємих above a sea outside distance of line-of-sight, during optimization of process of measuring of time of delay of signal, that allows to use obtained information in CASS of aiming of aviation on an aim. Process of optimization of measuring of distance to the aim, that лоцюється above a sea, examined in supposition, that fluctuations of signals, removed from littlepitch aims up-diffused on a normal law, and the cross-correlation function of these fluctuations has arbitrary character. Within the limits of suppositions an algorithm is got for the optimal estimation of time of delay of the removed signals.
