The method of determination of moments of change of descriptions of traffic process is offered in the article, based on the analysis of the preliminary collected empiric information about descriptions of integral traffic. A method is considered on the example of analysis of casual process which determines family of casual functions of bit speed of passing to information of concrete sessions of integral traffic. The estimation of logarithmic function of relation of plausibility is conducted in the offered method. A theorem is proved that the estimation of a maximum of verisimilitude of moment of discord of casual process can be got during maximization of the proper statistics a piece-permanent function. Correlation for determination of error is got at finding of moment of discord.
