The improved method of receiving hydrodynamic resistance coefficient of a nasal cavity was described. This coefficient takes into account the regimes of flow in the course of breath and also specific anatomico-physiological features of a person’s nasal cavity. The assessment of uncertainty of calculation hydrodynamic resistance coefficient was conducted.
