Description: Pose and solve the problem of justification and choice of the corporate office structure in the conditions of the corporation activities development and diversification. The problem is solved in three stages. The first – formed many options of corporate office, the second – made structure optimization taking into account a set of performance indicators, the third – modeled the interaction and communication management in the organizational structure of the corporate office. As a mathematical tool used enumeration theory, boolean programming, multi-agent modeling.
