In the paper the features of network architecture that built on the concept of Software-Defined Networking.are suggested. The main characteristics of control plane are determined. These characteristics affect to the efficiency of the entire network. The scalability metric of control plane are preposed, the scalability of the three main structures of control plan for Software-Defined Networking is consider. There are centralized, decentralized, hierarchical structures. In the formalism proposed assessed response times for different types of controllers, as well as scalability for various types of structures.
