The mathematical model of movement of an artillery shell in air with the account of the most influential factors which operate on a shell in flight is developed. She allows to understand and analyse movement of shells of an antiaircraft artillery in air and to determine deviations which are necessary for taking into account and pawning in the digital computing system for further development and upgrades of antiaircraft artillery complexes.
