In the article influence of troposphere and laying surface is appraised with heterogeneous relief on quality of indemnification of pomekhovoy vibrations radio engineerings systems of the seashore basing. The got correlations allow to estimate possibilities of indemnification of pomekhovoy vibrations, as consideration is conducted as it applies to the case of their passing through the devices of treatment in which is optimum on the criterion of a maximum of relation signal/hindrance. As it applies to the case of influence of one hindrance, in terms when radius of correlation of phase fluctuations considerably anymore sizes of estimation, expression for complex amplitude of spatial gravimetric function is got. Utillizing this expression, the functional diagram of ductings of spatial treatment is developed and weakening of power of hindrance is appraised by the offered device.
