Given the issues of detection and selection of marine radar targets. Discusses the characteristics of modern radars belonging to the naval forces, designed to ensure the navigation, detection of surface targets and review of a particular area. It demonstrates the features of the structure of the radar images of these radars and the possible extension of the alphabet of classes and dictionary of the radar sign of the system of detection and selection. Formulate a scientific problem by developing methods of detection and selection stealth marine radar targets with long observation radars naval forces on the basis of spectral portraits.
