The existing problems that arise in the development of metrology support for signal analysis from complex objects and systems were considered. The existing model of signal measurement information that component characterizes the chaotic contributions was improved. The method for evaluating the degree of water coherence, that based on the measurement information extraction from chaotic components of gas-discharge emission image forming was developed. Using the parameter "spatial frequency" was suggested in the development of metrological support of image processing.
