The papers describe the methodology of integrated management console based on risk analysis as exemplified by meat products manufacture. Analytical dependency was elaborated, which allows to estimate, generalize and show as matrix the interdependence of hazard environmental effects and structure elements of integrated management console. The achieved vector of system priorities affords to make grounded managerial decisions during system development, at that the resources spend are reduced in comparison with given mechanical aggregation of sub-systems. An additional point is that, the recalculation according to formula in case of external conditions or manufacture condition changes with the following comparison of old and new vectors of priorities affords to solve the issue with necessity for system changes. Weighting and dependency matrices are build using expert evaluation and multi-factor regression analysis.
