Approach to creation of the automated geographic information system, which provides atmospheric air pollution actual state monitoring, the forecast of the polluting substances concentration level, as well as development of recommendations for improvement of an ecological situation is considered. The multicomponent probabilistic model for estimation of the polluting substances concentration in the atmosphere based on normal distribution and Johnson’s SL – distribution has been offered. The technique of model parameters evaluation, which allows to obtain dependences of the estimated parameters on the input parameters, which significantly influencing the pollution dispersion nature in atmosphere is given.
