The given work is devoted to the formalization of time-management practices by modeling a hierarchy of goals in order to account for it in creation of personal schedules. It proposes a mathematical model of the hierarchy of goals and tasks necessary for their completion that takes into account personal preferences in creating personal goals and determining their relative importance. The proposed model can be used for the support of scheduling and convenient planning for a person’s time, and allows for creation of optimization models that take into consideration a person’s different worldviews.
