Method of a vector estimation of angle of elevation of the targets in surface layer

The new method and algorithm of measurement of angle of positions of the targets with low level of flight when as a result of an interference of a forward signal and ("antipode") rereflected by E-plane pattern of angle of elevation are essentially deformed and considerably decrease range of possible measurement of height of the targets are offered and theoretically proved. The method is based on procedure of a vector estimation of angle of elevation by results of measurement of angular position of the target and its "antipode".
