To the question about the estimation of efficiency of determination of fact of start of space object on the change of parameters of ionosphere, controlled the method of non-coherent dispersion of radio waves

Perspective possibilities of the use of method of non-coherent dispersion of radio waves, realized on RLS are analysed in the article, for establishment of fact of start of space object on changes by the parameter of ionosphere. Taking into account high-rate of distribution of atmospheric indignations, accompanying the start of space object, it allowed to put before RLS task of finding out the fact of start of space object to included of him in a keepout RLS. The estimation of probabilistic descriptions of correct decision-making is conducted about the fact of start of space object and a possible temporal interval, allowing to make decision about a start space object, is appraised, by the analysis of parameters of ionosphere to his included in the area of discovery RLS.
