We have investigated the influence of objects background and the support of the underlying surface mount aim model (mock), on the measuring accuracy of dissipation characteristics, including the effective surface echoing, during static measurements. A value calculations are performed to assess the contribution of the background component to the total measurement error. We present the recommendations how to reduce the background impact on the value of the background measurement errors of the radar facilities echoing characteristics.
