The article made formulation of the problem, which is related to control the movement of the offshore objects in inhomogeneous environment. In the course of conducted research proposed way to build a motion control system of dynamic object, based on the analysis and consideration of the basic processes of water environment, which lead to irregularities in the operation of water transport.
