Existing approaches to description of sophisticated machinery life cycle (SMLC) are analysed. Representation of SMLC in terms of recycling is proposed. The resources formed at a stage of recycling are allocated, and feedbacks between SMLC stages in the form of material-information flows (flows of the information, secondary raw materials, and components) are displayed. The formalized description of SMLC by means of regular schemes of processes networks is proposed. It takes into account the overlap of the individual stages in terms of time and transitions between stages.
