In the given article the model of work of tribosistem is considered with a ceramet layer in accordance with the mechanism of resilient-plastic deformation from position of physical mezzo mechanic. For this purpose took advantage of model of solid as between atomic communications. The analysis of mobile of ceramet layer is conducted in the effective volume of co-operation in tribosistem.
