Model of subsystem of automated formation of optimal composition of non-standard products in complex automation of production

The article deals with the study of the interaction of the designed subsystem within the production process and technical workout of production, namely, to the structure of the management process of the formation of non-standard products composition the optimization procedure has been added that will provide opportunity for leading designer in the best way to form a part of the non-standard products on the basis of the production workload and customer requirements. It has been formalized the representation of the interaction between the processes of formation of the product composition and formation of component reuse and optimization procedure. Implementation of the designed subsystem in production will make it possible to establish and stabilize the optimal balance between customer requirements and production capabilities and accelerate the process of putting into production of non-standard products.
