Mathematical models of organizational management of performers complex works uncertainty degree of difficulty

The article is devoted questions of modeling of organizational management project team, which is seen as a distributed system of separate groups of artists of different qualification stages financed by a single center. Operations research is carried out in one case from the standpoint of the interests of financing the center, in the other - from the standpoint of the interests of all parties operating in the third - from the standpoint of the interests of only contractors. The resulting model of centralized, coordinated and open governance can form an effective part of the project team under conditions of incomplete awareness of the complexity of the planned activities.
