During experimental studies confirmed the accuracy of the results obtained in the course of theoretical research: the dependence of the electrical parameters of random chaotic signals from geometrical fractal properties of three-dimensional phase-space information space; line scan of the phase portrait of a random chaotic signal moment of formation of a strange attractor in the amount of information space and determine the conditions of formation of the emergency signs in emergency emergencies at power, based on the fact that the strange attractor can be generated for a single characteristic parameter in a strictly defined time interval and depends on changes fractal dimensions of local inhomogeneities of information volume information space.
