It is necessary to know that does a concept of "quality education" mean and how it can be evaluated in distance from of studying. It is studies in the article the content of the notion "quality of high education" and considered new approaches to estimating the quality of distance education. Besides, for determining the criteria of quality evaluating, which also must to be critical criteria of success.
