The problem of decision support system development is considered for evaluation of the current state and risk level of ecological safety. For this purpose it is necessary to develop models of identification and risk estimation of technological accidents in the transboundary aspect under the conditions of incomplete and inaccurate input information requiring time for its collection and processing. The capabilities of fuzzy logic and different problem statements of fuzzy mathematical programming are studied. The algebra of finite predicates is analyzed which allows to automate data processing in the system of ecological safety management.
