The work is devoted to the modeling of multi-criteria evaluation of complex technical objects that have a hierarchical component structure. An approach to the estimation procedure, based on the system description of the object of evaluation in the form of structural hierarchy is proposed. Evaluation of options and evaluation samples of objects-analogues invited to produce, using the general utility theory. A model describing the structure of the object of evaluation, taking into account its multi-level structure is built. The models of the information space of analog samples, on which to build a system of procedures for constructing objects-analogues with the levels of description are developed.
