In this work the development of analysis system schema it’s based on the using of micro- and nanoelectrodes for electrochemical assays. The fabrication technology and test results of gold microelectrodes with a gold work surface and a form of a disk. As the example the electrochemiluminescent response of biradical electrochemical reaction with 9,10-diphenyl anthracene the analytical capabilities of the analytical system were demonstrated.
