Machine tools for processing of wheel pairs are working on heavy duty loading of cutting forces, which primarily affects the performance of rolling bearings spindle assemblies. The methods of vibration diagnostics of machines that allow you to identify defects without disassembly of components, as well as reduce the cost of maintenance and repair are considered. Studies conducted using the developed vibration measurement equipment, revealed a fault spindle drive of the machine bearings, which was confirmed during the repair work.
