Possibility of the use phase portraits and fractal dimension is considered for the analysis signals of superlong-wave transmitters of range DCF-77 for the exposure the atmospheric phenomena (thunderstorms). It is shown that the change form of phase portraits allows to define time, in which above territory, which is explored, there was a thunderstorm. It is set that after the maximal value of fractal dimensions the transmitters of range of DCF-77 given superlong-wave it is possible to find out the moment of time, in which above territory, which is explored, there was a thunderstorm.
