This paper is discussing the potential of using the Model Reference Controller implemented in MATLAB, to provide high quality performance of the light-armored machine aiming and stabilizing system. Neuro-controller architecture and operation principle are given. It is developed an architecture of the aiming and stabilizing neuro-system. Controller synthesis and system modeling are performed.
