New algorithms for analytical design of optimal or optimized structures of transfer functions matrixes of the regulator, which is included in the meeting of two linear objects control system, are offered in the article. Through the use of the frequency domain, these algorithms have two distinctive features. The first feature makes it possible to prevent the disappearance of the positive definiteness of a weight matrix in a quality control criteria. The second difference eliminates the need for a simultaneous synthesis of the object and target control systems. The optimized structure of the controller transfer functions matrix can be synthesized if deterministic signals are acting in the control paths. Under the influence of random signals a new algorithm allows you to find the optimal structure of the relevant regulator tract.
