The article discusses the development of a decision support system (DSS) of tax inspector in charge of the land tax. Development was carried out using methodology of functional modeling IDEF0 and the UML. Was developed algorithm of a desk audit of the tax declaration for the land. The system is implemented using InterSystems Caché technology. The interaction with the system implemented by different categories of users: administrator, head of department, the tax inspector. The scenario of application using for each user is based on analysis of data obtained in the previous steps and inference rules stored in the knowledge base.
