It was investigated physical and mechanical properties of protective materials, using x-ray diffraction, optical and electron microscopy. Protective composite materials were synthesized on zirconium and barium oxides by solid state reaction. Investigated the, It was shown that synthesized materials have sufficient strength and refractory characteristics in order to apply as materials for protection of control and information processing systems from aggressive environments, high temperatures.
