The article presents the results of the development of methodological, mathematical and algorithmic support of functional sustainable management of angular motion of the small-sized aircraft on the system level. Within the approach all the stages of development are treated as separate problems, for the solution of which the developed models has been used. In the proposed management structure obtained knowledge, tools, as well as experience in the development of algorithms, resulting from the research, are systematized. Application of the formed scheme in real projects will improve the quality of the recovery modules functioning, as well as reduce the time and cost of their development.
