On the measurementof distance to aim, carrying out flight within the limits of troposphere waveguide above sea

An algorithm that takes into account the fluctuations of the phase of the reflected signal from the low-altitude targets which are caused by radio wave propagation environment, namely the algorithm optimal estimation of the delay time of the signal at low-altitude radar tselets in tropospheric waveguide beyond the range of direct visibility. The paper considers the structural diagram of the device that implements the proposed estimation algorithm delay. The calculations presented in the article suggest that the use of the proposed measuring range can improve the accuracy of estimating the range from 2 to 2.5 times.
