The paper considers the possibility of providing an active noise-and simulation protection systems and means of concommunications, protecting them from the means of electronic intelligence and electronic warfare. It was found that for the task implementation applies a dynamic mode of operation. Theorems nedeshif-bility of the dynamic mode of operation and defined the necessary and sufficient conditions for the ways to achieve it.
