Cognitive approach to analysis of aerospace monitoring data of mining regions is proposed. It allows evaluating the effec- tiveness of management decisions and generating scenarios for sustainable development. Factors influencing the decision mak- ing capability are formalized in the form of a mathematical model. Cognitive map identifying the structure of cause-and-effect connections between states of various factors is created. Cognitive methodology for decision-making support of aerospace moni- toring system is presented.
