The article discusses an approach to assess the utility service request for the service. The criterion for quality of service is considered the minimum total number of errors encountered in servicing requests. The total number consists of the refusal of preventive maintenance and made a system to prevent the occurrence of a situation of denial of service. Based on this assessment, design method for managing the priorities of service, which takes into account the amount of traffic in part of handled the request, the client group that created the query, etc. The result is a method of raising the quality of service requests in an information network.
