ADAPTIVE CONTROL OF TRACKING MODE PARAMETERS OF A MULTI-FUNCTION RADAR

The article focuses on the control strategy of tracking mode parameters of a multi-function radar, which is based on considering the change of noise levels in the radar measuring channel as well as the dynamic model of the target being tracked and it is adaptive to its motion in space. An illustrative example for calculating the number of targets that can be tracked simultaneously is given using both the traditional and proposed approaches to control the mode under consideration. The efficiency of the obtained solutions has been confirmed.
