Researches the questions about the interaction of independent centers of logistics activities with a common purpose in the functioning of the system with back-pyramidal structure of the organization. Based on the principle objective feasibility in the real market economy, the task is modeled a non-cooperative game peer entities with a constant amount and forbidden situations. Decision on Nash criterion game is reduced to the successive consideration of systems of nonlinear algebraic equations with rational indicators and the choice among possible-equilibrium situations realized one - ensuring the most effective implementation of system-wide task.
