In this article the approach for value average estimate of gamma quality coefficient radiation based on a method of energy absorption of gamma radiation, allowing considering influence of low-energy radiation on the level of biological consequences of living organism has been offered. At scientific development and technical bases of radiation monitoring creation – the making complex system of emergency monitoring in Ukraine the offered approach has been used.
