The analysis of modern interstate conflicts (political, military, economic, social), tendencies of development of forms of armed struggle is carried out. It is shown that the confrontations differ in the hybrid nature of the forms, are of a hidden nature and are conducted, mainly, in the political, economic, information and other spheres. It is substantiated that information and information-psychological operations are part of the hybrid wars, which are conducted with the purpose of destructive impact on the society using infocommunication space and technologies. The article outlines the need to create a theoretical basis for building technologies for countering hidden information and information-psychological impacts as an integral part of the national security of the state. The development of complex methods for recognizing the phonetic, syntactic and semantic values of the constituent information resources on the human subconscious is being carried out. This ensures the detection of suggestive destructive effects on the society. The created methods allow in an automatic mode for static and dynamic information resources to estimate: emotional influence of separate words on the subconscious of the person; Emotional influence of the phonetic structure of texts on the human subconscious; Level of aggressiveness of texts on the basis of an analysis of the positive and negative influences of individual words on the meaningful meaning of the text as a whole; Sound quality of texts.
