Functional model of information system for determination the terminal stage of catastrophic loss the stability by biological system

The problem of automating the decision-making process for determining the terminal stage of catastrophic loss the stability of living organisms are considered in the article. To solve this problem, the necessity of developing an information system is justified. The paper proposed its functional model. The obtained results show a structured description of processes for the information system for determining the terminal stage of a catastrophic loss of stability. The using of the obtained results can be useful both for diagnosing the process of stability disturbance at different levels of organization the living matter - from the cell to the bioand even the noosphere, including the diagnosis of the miscarriage process.
