Image sharpness measures comparison for application in digital holography

A way of digital holograms recording and image retrieval during their reconstruction using angular spectrum method is reviewed. Statistical, gradient and spectral image sharpness measures are described. The investigation of possibility of their usage for image sharpness determination obtained during digital hologram reconstruction is performed and average calculation time is determined.
