The existing specific images processing technologies in modern information-telecommunication systems are considered. It is specified existence of a contradiction between need to reduce information intensity for the high saturated fragments and support of renewed fragments compliance to an initial aerial photograph. The trasformanta component characteristics for the image with different structural complexity are described. The application of rationing dividing strategy taking into account aerial photographs structural complexity is proved. It is offered to carry out quantization of an aerial photograph transformant segment description on the attitude to basis vector element value towards some threshold value. It is proved the combinatory redundancy reduction as an application result of the top quantized level massif representation in separate space.
