The paper considers the applicability of random processes (signals) as a carrier in the construction of radio telemetry command and control unmanned aircraft. The analysis of modern approaches to implement control aircraft. An electronic warfare equipment that is in service with illegal armed groups and identified areas of action. Based on spectral, correlative observations on nonlinear analysis the estimation stealth chaotic processes. These suggestions and practical recommendations to improve the stealth command and telemetry radio network.
