Description: The article presents the results of optimization of the technological process of pulsed gas-thermocyclic ionic nitriding of aircraft components from steel 18Х2Н4ВА according to tribotechnical criteria. The suggested mathematical model allows to choose optimal values of process technological parameters depending on actual operating conditions of structural elements of flying machines for increasing resource indices and a given level of serviceability of combat aviation technique.
